Founder & Principal
Tim brings more than 20 years of experience across software engineering, architecture, technology leadership, consulting, and delivery.
His background includes technology and consulting leadership roles at Sogeti, Razorfish/Publicis Sapient, and Deloitte Digital, along with years of building and supporting technology through Nerdy Minds.
That background means strategy, architecture, and implementation are not separate conversations.
Professional experience

Led the strategy, technical planning, and delivery of a B2B software company's website redesign and platform modernization — from requirements, architecture, and feature prioritization through cloud setup, development, testing, and launch.
Designed and built a secure messaging application and supporting platform, including a desktop client, backend APIs, encrypted workflows, real-time events, large-file transfers, and production infrastructure. Continues to lead architecture, development, performance, reliability, and operational improvements as the product evolves.
Extended and improved an existing progressive web application used across multiple branded deployments. The work included new user experiences, workflow and data-handling improvements, responsive and offline behavior, and simplifying shared functionality so the application could be extended and maintained more efficiently.
Led a series of improvements to an established ecommerce platform, including platform stability, subscription ordering, customer loyalty capabilities, and optimization of the supporting managed-services model.
Led an evaluation of business processes, requirements, and the existing technology environment to define a recommended ecommerce strategy, target architecture, and roadmap for a global organization.
Designed an ecommerce platform architecture and delivered a working prototype that validated a new digital capability, while establishing a phased path toward a broader B2B, B2C, and B2B2C platform.
